  As a yard supervisor I am appropriate for a team of 30 staff members and two team leaders, I also report to many different senior managements. I have dealing branch production department under my supervision I have achieved many records across the country. A record that I previously got with my team was that my team and I managed to complete the highest production of cars across the country, with an average of around 85% quality. This was 1130 cars in an 8 hour shift which is way above the national expectation. All the cars the come into the BCA Blackbushe site are first hit by my team of barcoders and appraisers. My team is the frontline of BCA. We first start off by booking the vehicles into the site and the barcoders will get the appropriate documents from the Vehicles and send them off to the office ready for when the vehicles go through the auction. After the barcode's book the vehicles in, my team of appraisers will appraise the cars to the highest quality checking for damages. My team is responsible for many different vendors including big ones such as LEX, ALD and We buy any car. Show less
