  Responsible for day to day operations of 140,000 sq ft warehouse of 3PL logistics company. Directly Managed 3 Supervisors , 2 on AM shift , 1 on PM shift, with 2 Production coordinators on am shift , 1 Maintenance coordinator on am shift , along with 1 Production coordinator on PM shift. General warehouse staffing levels would range from 35 to 70 employees depending on the season.
