  As the Community Engagement manager, I am working to assist individuals outside of Christ in the City in volunteering with our mission. I get to work with parishes, schools, universities, families and friends in engaging them in the CIC community. This position offers a variety of experience in donor and volunteer relations, non-profit work, and alumni relations. I get to bring a little piece of Christ in the City to our volunteers, which will hopefully ignite in them a passion for our mission in encountering the homeless. A few ways volunteers get involved with Christ in City is through Lunch in the Park, street walks, and food donations.

  31:8 Project is a non-profit working to educate the public on Human Trafficking. At this internship I have acquired multiple skills of community outreach and branding. I have organized and marketed two major fundraisers, as well as created social media content for both.
