• Investigated possible number of categories of rats’ USVs vocalizations and distance between these categories using machine learning methods. • Developed and implemented a multi-classification model to classify rats’ USVs vocalizations including 7 different categories using Convolutional Neural Network and Support Vector Machine. • Developed and implemented a denoising convolutional autoencoder for USV spectrograms to reduce the background noise to achieve higher classification accuracy. • Applied statistical techniques to find vocalization-behavior correlations.
