Moved from Oaklands park location in October to help Train and mentor new staff and then it became a permanent position. This new position allows me to concentrate on being able to work with local employers. The main focus of the role is to market Workskil Australia's job seekers to local employers to fill their recruitment needs and to motivate and drive job seekers in their search for employment. I have Implemented activities/courses to motivate inspire and upskills stream C clients to increase Stream C placements. I still do have a small caseload of job seekers, some with significant vocational and non-vocational barriers, with a view to finding them sustainable employment. But overall Im focusing on all clients at the Marden site with a focus on finding them employment and matching them to vacancies found through marketing. I also Focus on improving the job seekers’ capacity to work by addressing non-vocational issues and building vocational skills and experience. I'm expected to meet individual targets and contribute to a positive site team culture where integrity, competence and honesty are highly valued. Show less
