I started as a crew member, four months later was asked to become a manager. From then I continued to show my drive and motivation to be the best manager possible. I open and close the location, I can train all the stations, I write schedules, manage labor, run excel sheets, manage PNL, I brought the store from a B on food safety to an A+ with a score of 100%. And within 3.5 years I was capable of working my way to being a General Manager. I started as a crew member, four months later was asked to become a manager. I was hands on with customers. Multi-tasking while giving a great guest experience. I handled money, counting a drawer at the beginning and end of shift. I was capable of completing return transactions. It was always about fast pace work, and managing time wisely. I was hands on with customers. Multi-tasking while giving a great guest experience.
