  I recently started a private investigation firm in addition to my university teaching. I managed a personal case load in both agencies that was comprised of all of the aforementioned areas. I was the organizational team leader in New Kent County DSS and worked closely with team members from both agencies to solve complex problems. I trained coworkers in time management skills and prioritization skills.
