Logistics Team Member

Mar 2013 - Jun 2018
As a logistics team member, I am open and ready to welcome new team members to our safe, fast, fun, and friendly backroom team environment. Make sure I am up to date on all certifications that are required as a backroom team member. Being careful as to pulling manual and system generated pulls, in a timely manner, while preventing damages and detectives to control expense. Also completing daily suspect audits in the backroom to maintain freshness and accurately locate items in correct fill groups and locations to continue to provide accurate goal counts on hand. Continuously provide healthy relationship with sales floor team members and leaders. When team leaders are not available, I am able to speak to what the need of the day is and partner with ETL as to what has been done and what needs to be done. Along with my experience description above, I am apart of the FDC/Grocery team which is still apart of logistics. I oversee the inventory of the freezer and dairy products in the store. I work closely with the ETL as to what can be done to improve productivity of the work flow, checking all short dated or outdated items so that the inventory can be updated to the need of the store. Learning new techniques and putting myself in a position for interning to become a supervisor. Show less

As a Target team member of electronics my specialty was entertainment. Keeping up with the inventory, setting planograms and driving sells. Presenting the guest with the best options they needed for the purchase of any new electronic services they were getting. Having the knowledge to be able to assist each guest with what they required and building trusting guest relationships. My goals were to go above and beyond making sure that every guest would want to continue to frequent the store and return as a satisfied guest. Show less
