After 5 years Shawn accepted a position in Sales and Estimating at Commercial Manufacturing and Assembly (CMA) a sheet metal and stamping facility in Grand Haven, MI. His experiences in purchasing accompanied with hard work and integrity are the keys that brought him success at CMA. In January 2010 Shawn accepted an Estimating and Project Management role at Laser Dynamics. After 1 year he was promoted to Production Manager to start his career in Operations. He then continued his climb to Vice President of Operations in 2015, where he was fiscally responsible to drive operational results for the company.
