Oceanside Capital rolled back 1:2, leaving it with 5.2 million postconsolidated shares, and then issued 29,406,809 postconsolidated shares plus a $20-million debenture, convertible into 8,888,889 postconsolidated shares, to the securityholders of Gaming Nation Acquisition, after which Oceanside changed its name to Gaming Nation Inc.
