      First Transit Canada a company with a presence in the business of supplying Transit services to municipalities. In 2011 I was hired to dispatch their City of Barrie contract with 92 operators and 15 shop personnel. In 2013 the number of operators increased to 124 due changes in the redesign of the Transit system by the City of Barrie. Problem solve any issues with on road staff due to Health and Safety to ensure proper delivery of service. Follow up with Performance Correction Notices Report daily to the municipalities of any concerns. Keep well maintained relationships with each municipality and its employees and contractors. Liaison with municipalities and third party stakeholders Ensure all employees are WHIMIS trained and licenses and certifications. Monitor the on road activities of collection staff, according to company policies and procedures. Ensure all reports are being tracked and monitored ensure driver and employee incentives (best practices) are reported. Follow action plans for monitoring of goals and motivation. Show less
