I had the privilege of working with Shawn while he was with KJT during my time at Philips. Shawn has rare combinations of traits not often found in the same person. He is calm and down to earth, but full of positive energy and a joy to brainstorm ideas with. He has a a wealth of knowledge, but remains humble and open to feedback. However, what truly sets Shawn apart is his integrity and aptitude to develop a true human to human relationship. He not only possesses great knowledge of healthcare and marketing research methodologies, but also has an incredible ability to form long-lasting, meaningful connections with his colleagues and clients. As such, Shawn would be an asset to any organization he’d be joining.

Shawn worked for me as a Solutions Consultant at KJT when I lead the commercial/sales organization there. Shawn was responsible for cultivating and building relationships within his clients to help grow our business by bringing in new research engagements at existing accounts, and developing new accounts. In this role, Shawn was primarily responsible for sales/relationship development, but also client interface between the research team and the client. While in this role, Shawn utilized his medical device domain expertise which consisted of both extensive industry knowledge and experience as well as relationships with several medical device companies to successfully grow existing business and gain new clients. Shawn was a part of our team that helped to dramatically grow sales over this time period. Shawn is a quality individual and would love to have him work for me again, if ever the opportunity arises. And lastly, Shawn's contribution to any organization lucky enough to have him would easily be ten-fold.
