Shawn and his team where great to work with, not only did they listen closely to what was needed from me and my group, they always delivered beyond our expectations! Pleasure to work with! Look forward to working with him again!

I've worked with Shawn over the past few years in and employer/employee roll and subsequently independant IT consultant charged with developing an application for our company. Shawn is technically very proficient in application development, but even more importantly for our organization he quickly grasped the structure of our total IT structure making it easy for him to work with everyone in our department from setting up servers and databases to writing applications to reviewing test results with end users of the applications he developed. Shawn spends time keeping up with the everychanging IT landscape in order to take advantage of any new technology that will be beneficial to the current projects he is working on. Shawn is very easy to get along with, always willing to share his knowledge with others.

A data architecture should set data standards for all its data systems as a vision or a model of the eventual interactions between those data systems. Data integration, for example, should be dependent upon data architecture standards since data integration requires data interactions between two or more data systems. A data architecture, in part, describes the data structures used by a business and its computer applications software. Data architectures address data in storage and data in motion; descriptions of data stores, data groups and data items; and mappings of those data artifacts to data qualities, applications, locations etc. Essential to realizing the target state, Data Architecture describes how data is processed, stored, and utilized in a information system. It provides criteria for data processing operations so as to make it possible to design data flows and also control the flow of data in the system. Show less

We launched Mistress Brewing Company based on our love of making great home brew and an even greater love of consuming it. We often bounced around the idea of starting a company together, specifically creating something we are very passionate about. After several years of research, education, and home brewing we knew this was what we had been looking for all along. With the support of our families we decided to take the plunge. In January 2016 we found a home for our dream right in our own backyard – central Iowa. In September our first keg was sold to I-35 Spirits in Ankeny. And for those of you that want to know why we are called Mistress Brewing Company… Well, when we discussed with our families the time and effort required to make beer for others my wife said: “This is going to take so much time and attention the brewery will be your Mistress. You should name it that.” – and Mistress Brewing Company was born. Show less
