During the considerable amount of time I've worked with Mr. Jones, he has displayed an intelligence and aptitude that is hard to match in todays work force. His broad base of knowledge coupled with his impressive ability to interpret policies makes him a strong HSE asset. However it is his unique leadership ability that makes him a key stone to a successful team and program. Having worked with Mr. Jones off and on since 2004 I have personally seen the effectiveness of the programs he has operated. Bottom line, if you want a program get any one, if you want a successful program get Mr. Jones.
