Ensuring that personnel conduct and meet the requirements of military annual training, by creating and managing the Company annual training program, subsequently planning and implementing the training exercises in line with the Company Commanders intent.Other roles throughout this period included;Royal Guard duties at Balmoral Castle where I assumed the position of Royal Guard Captain during the later end of 2012, conducting ceremonial duties. Once again, planned and implemented the Company Commanders intent to fulfil the requirements set by our higher chain of command, ensuring we meet and exceeded the expectations of HMQ. Worked alongside the Metropolitan Police to ensure that the military and police elements work harmoniously together. Took on the role of Senior Shift Manager during the Olympic Games, providing security and support to the LOCOG. Rapid implementation of operational training to validate and prepare personnel for conducting security for the London Olympics. Responsible for the integration of military and civilian personnel working alongside each other at security checkpoints at the Olympic village, this amounted to approx 180 personnel. Show less

Liaising with the relevant departments to plan and arrange the flight schedules, followed by putting into place the required operation procedure for new personnel into theatre. I planned and orchestrated the extraction of 42 Cdo personnel from Afghanistan by linking in with the required departments to plan, prepare and action 42 Commando departure from Afghanistan back to the UK.
