Shawn Hardy was an exemplary leader at Sarkissian Mason, which was a wonderful bonus to his creative and design skills. As is the case within many agencies, we would have our occasional fire drills - all-hands-on-deck situations for either a new product launch, major program push or urgent consumer message. I could always count on Shawn to deliver whatever was needed in a professional and accurate manner. He is a one-of-a-kind leader who can rally the team and keep the tasks-at-hand organized and manageable. His style is appealing and evolves, staying current with the latest technologies and user-behavior. Shawn brings a full creative arsenal that includes design, direction and strategy. Working with Shawn was a pleasure and I continue to take great pride in our accomplishments together at Sarkissian Mason as his career in the industry blossoms.

Shawn is an amazing Art Director that exhibits strong interpersonal skills. He is a creative thinker who is unafraid to push the often imposed creative boundaries to get the client to think about approaching their target in a new way. It was also impressive to watch him shepherd a very important and complex launch campaign through numerous client presentations and shifts in direction. One of my favorite things about Shawn is his consistently thoughtful feedback on design. He truly is a wealth of knowledge in his field and has a positive upbeat attitude for anything that comes his way. I consider Shawn one of my biggest mentors.
