The new organization will be named AOW Technologies and is set to launch June 3, 2019 in Charlotte, North Carolina.The story behind this acquisition began 23 years ago when Miller, originally from West Virginia and a graduate of ECPI in Virginia Beach, Virginia, started his career in the technology and engineering sector. Miller climbed the corporate ladder as acting director of information technology in the medical industry. Then, in 2006, he launched his first entrepreneurial venture out of his garage and with only four clients. Within three short years, his firm was a nationally recognized tech brand spanning 49 states.Fast forward to today and Miller, now a veteran tech CEO, utilizes his skills and vision by acquiring struggling information technology companies. His latest acquisition of The Network Team provides Miller the opportunity to rebrand and restructure the company in order to deliver a higher level of customer care and technical prowess to the technology industry. The new reorganized company, AOW Technologies, promises to bring customers the technology they need to operate their businesses at a fair price and with a focus on modern, efficient and effective solutions. AOW Technologies touts the slogan: Let us design, build, implement and manage your technology! This vision comes directly from Miller as his approach to technology is all encompassing, giving his clients peace of mind that their technology, networks, communications, and business systems will operate at peak performance and without interruption.

Founder and CEO, Chris Noyes, was a pawnbroker who was tired of feeling like something was missing from the returns he received from his precious metals scrap. After building one of the largest independently owned pawn chains in Virginia, Chris knew he could develop a better business model for the industry.He developed a mobile assay platform that is now fully patented and trademarked in the USA, patented in Mongolia, Columbia, Russia, Mexico, Philippines, China and patent pending in over 90 additional countries. These applications cover every type of mobile platform imaginable; including aircrafts, boats, trains, shipping containers and automobiles.In late 2014 AOW adjusted its objective to address international markets. In addition to AOW's mobile business platform, AOW's In-house developed software proved to solve several major problems in the artisanal mining sector. Having the ability to be in remote areas with assay equipment is a major convenience for small scale miners. Extensive vetting process and data collection aids in formalizing artisanal miners, keeps gold transactions within the country of origin, and ensures credible reporting while also retaining tax revenue in country.AOW is an avid supporter and enforcer of OECD guidelines and the principles of the UN Global Compact. Vetting, frequent mine site audits, and extensive data collection are just some of the ways AOW insures any gold that is processed is conflict-free and does not contribute to any corruption, environmental destruction, acts against human rights, or unfair labor practices.
