I have had the pleasure of working with Shawn Dobbs for the last three and a half years at The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. Shawn and I have collaborated to increase awareness of Inland Northwest Lighthouse in the Spokane community, build a donor strong donor base in the community, and raise funds from both individual and institutional donors to support programs and services. With his knowledge, experience, and drive Shawn has grown the fund development program in Spokane and substantially increased revenues annually. He is an exceptional asset to the organization and the Development Team, working effectively across departments and locations and building pivotal relationships with donors, community members, and organizational stakeholders. Shawn is a pleasure to work with, professional and personable, enthusiastic and efficient.
