I was assigned to an array of E.P.M. customers for whom I tested, diagnosed, serviced, repaired, and reassembled Micrographics equipment. I constructed a template for customer success including schedules for preventative maintenance, wrote/prepared intelligible documentation, and inventoried customer parts into an organized system. This provided a dramatic turn-around in customer relations, and adopted a maintenance program with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
