Shawn Baran is someone I have known since High School. Since the first time we met he has been a stand up guy with perseverance to take on tough tasks and the gusto to see them through. In my field when you recommend someone your are not only putting them in a position to get a job or career. but you are also putting your own name on the line. I have recommended Shawn on many occasions for different positions based on him as a person. His IT skills are superb as well but the Man behind those skills is beyond most you will meet in your life time. His giving nature coupled with his ability to train and motivate people is worth more than gold in business today. Shawn Baran would make a great addition to any team and I wish I could have him on mine.

I worked with Shawn at Laerdal Medical as a fellow Field Service Engineer. He is extremely technically talented and proved himself to be a definite asset to the Field Service Department. Shawn has designed the audio/visual systems for new simulation labs, recommending equipment to fit within budgets and to fully utilize very complex medical devices. He also took lead in the training development of his fellow engineers on our newest and most advanced medical simulation equipment. His customer service skills are beyond reproach and display a deep understanding of customer needs within the framework of the company. Shawn's PC and Network talents are of the highest caliber as he demonstrated on many occasions. I would be honored to work with Shawn again in the future and recommend him to anyone that is looking for technical expertise, customer satisfaction, and company loyalty.
