  Signal and Communications Manager for a Class 1 Railroad. Managed a team of 8 technicians across 120 miles of rail in central Minnesota. Organized the installation, maintenance, and testing on 5 subdivisions. Focused on continuous improvement to safety and efficiency. Ensured each signal appliance under my charge met or exceeded Federal testing and reporting requirements.
