      Stewards Individual Placement Program (SIPP) provides individuals with national service-learning, education program and career opportunities to strengthen communities and preserve our natural resources. Member may be part of field evaluations to assess the performance of WCAP projects constructed in West Virginia during the past 20 years. Collecting water samples, documenting observational findings on the systems' performance, and evaluating the need for maintenance may contribute to the analysis of the WCAP projects.
