At Sherwin-Williams, we strive for perfection. I work in a fast paced environment that involves obtaining and completing customer orders, selling our products and services, making sales calls, and securing new business. I have the responsibility to maintain customer satisfaction by solving problems and handling complains. I am heavily invovled in training new employees, as well as being a resource for existing employees. Also, I strive to maintain a clean and safe work environment, and to keep store appearance top notch.

As a part-time employee at Sherwin-Williams, I learned to be a quick study. I had to learn all about our products, how to use them, and what to do when problems arise. I was also responsible for store appearance and merchandising. I had some hands on experience with training new employees, and pretty much did whatever needed to be done.

As an intern for the Department of Juvenile Justice, I helped with counseling teenagers that have been placed on probation. I assisted leading a weekly group that was mandatory for the teenagers to attend. I filed paper work, contacted families in regards to current case files, helped with spontaneous drug testing, and visited homes of some of the people under our supervision.
