I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Shaunna for the last 9 months and noticed her unique ability to work with cross functional teams in attaining the outcome with an excellent satisfaction and ratings from all stakeholders involved in the initiative". She was brought in as a Sr. project manager for an important initiative involving Robots using Cameralytics and software solution involving multiple systems to detect out of stock and price discrepancies that would get implemented in 200+ stores. She took the right amount of time to understand the project, cross functional teams, metrics for project outcome, vendors and meticulously created the project plan with a great attention to details, dependencies and RACI matrix. She ensured that the cross-functional teams bond well with each other and work as one team setting the right level of informal discussions. She also ensured everyone's voice was heard and everyone had a chance to lend their voice in important decisions. This helped in ensuring all scenarios ( including the rare exceptions) were well thought off and any risks associated with them were discussed and mitigated. Her presentation to Senior Leadership ( VP level) was well put together with the right level of information and visualization. She ensured that every milestone that was attained was celebrated to provide the motivation for the team to be fully engaged with the rest of the efforts. She jumped in at the right time in meetings to steer them in the right course and also had the mindset to improve our processes and actions everytime. The key thing here is that she took the entire team along with her in the journey. She is a great asset to any team that is need of someone with the focus, dedication, attention to detail, planning and continuous improvement to get their business critical initiatives involving cross functional teams to be a success.

Shaunna is inquisitive, supportive, loyal, and hard working. She constantly seeks opportunities to add value and make a difference. She played a lead role in building our spend visibility capability and helped define our process for savings reporting within our team. She has also been helpful in mapping out current state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. I would gladly recommend Shaunna as an asset to any organization.
