The main tasks in my role are detailed below..To provide supporting documentation and a project/change overview where necessary to achieve progression of the change. To monitor the interim dates of completion and to notify involved parties of the completion of a change.To ensure that the Regulatory department and any affected Customers are informed of any change that would require licence updates.To monitor and review the status of on-going Change Control Projects with project and/or area managers.To participate in Customer and Authority audits of Norbrook, as required.Review and update of Standard Operating Procedures associated with the Change Control department, as required.Review and update of Norbrook Laboratories Ltd approved Technical Drawings, as required in conjunction with Technical/Facility/Equipment Changes.To Control and co-ordinate the paperwork generated by a change control project (filing and archive of data)Reporting through the QA Department, I have the responsibility to approve and control the issuing of Working Copy Documents for the recording of data within the GMP environmentTo undertake any ad hoc duties as required to sustain improvement and compliance of the Quality system in Norbrook Laboratories Ltd.
