Shaun clearly is one of the best Leaders I have worked for. He is result driven , honest in his approach and believes in his people. I worked with Shaun in two different capacities , as Hotel manager for Crowne Plaza Gurgaon and thereafter as General Manager for Crowne Plaza Today Okhla when Shaun's my Regional General Manager. Shaun is business savvy and is extremely adaptable to market and business conditions. What is truly admirable is his ability to think ahead and strategize keeping the next 2-5 years of business in mind. He set up some of the most functional systems at Gurgaon which shaped how the hotel is performing over the last 3 years. Also Shaun believes in his people and is a great advocate of development of colleagues and subordinates which is reflected in the fact that he grew 3 General Manager's from within the company in last two years.
