Working with franchisees, there are often requirements for bespoke reports and trends needed in quite short timescales. Despite all her other work pressures, Shaunie has always found time to deliver reports to me on time and inspite of my "clear initial ideas" ;-) on my requirements, always improves on what I wanted! Her ability to quickly understand and get to know the types of report that work for me always saves me time and effort in trying to explain what I want. Not only has Shaunie dealt professionally with myself, she also deals with our Franchisees in the same way. Hope she stays with the Co op for a long time yet!!
