• On boarding all new clients onto the internal CRM and internal platform. • Sending installer Welcome emails/ Welcome calls which include the details for the CRM and campaigns they will be contracted for. • Sending and chasing any new client contracts which are sent via an online system. • Calling each installer to guide them through the CRM in more detail, ensuring they are aware of how it works. • Keeping weekly checks on feedback we receive from installers on lead quality and overall customer service queries which will assist with the marketing team. • Setting the clients target/budget with the marketing team on what they require weekly. • Discussing lead disputes with the Rejections team in further detail before giving the installer feedback on the final decision that is made on whether they receive a refund or not. • Helping out with the rejections team when needing, processing rejections from the CRM weekly. • Handling any customer service responsibility. • Focusing on retention with the working week to ensure we maintain all installers and it stays to a minimum each week. • Working off a personal target each day to complete activities and up individual installers caps. • Reporting on the group KPI’s. • Focus on developing business by using IClose as a platform to contact previous installers. • Updating the individual report for Sales on personal and team performance. • Collecting money from clients for the due invoices. • Working shifts to accommodate customer time zones. (UK, Australia, Europe & America) • Issuing invoices via Xero when due. • Importing payments on a weekly basis to Ezidebit for what is due. • Arrange account statements for clients weekly/monthly. • Developing all knowledge of the industry and certain requirements. • Running 2 hourly meetings with the group to drive productivity and activity level. • Managing clients advert accounts via Facebook.
