Shaundra is one of those rare managers who also naturally serves as an inspiring mentor. I had the pleasure of serving under her leadership for several years with Ancora Education. It was through this leadership that Shaundra showcased her ability to implement effective strategies. She also motivated her team to not only care about the mission of the work that was being done, but to also be vested in the success of it. "Hope is not a strategy" she would say on our weekly regional Director of Career Services calls. Shaundra taught us that success would come and only come when we prepared ourselves enough to meet our opportunity. Not only did her guidance create opportunities, but it created an atmosphere for champions to be victories. I highly recommend Shaundra for any endeavor or opportunity that is presented. Shaundra is a leader and any company or organization would greatly benefit from her experience and insight.

I had the pleasure of working with Shaundra at Ancora Education/STVT/AAI for several years. Shaundra was a motivating force for the several campus Career Services departments that she oversaw. Shaundra led our teams with positivity, a sense of urgency, care and compassion and promoted a "team" environment. In many instances, Shaundra served as the go to person when I had departmental needs, procedural questions or needed guidance. She ensured that department heads and campus leaders were all on board with the Career Services department and ensured that we stayed at the forefront as THE BEST Career Services teams. It was through her leadership that our teams met accreditation goals and times lines, stayed focused on student success, remained a vital part of the community and continued to evolve each day. It is with great pride that I recommend Shaundra for any endeavor or opportunity she be presented with. An organization would be lucky to have a hard working, goal oriented, motivational, high spirited leader such as Shaundra.

Shaundra is an excellent leader, trainer, and professional developer. I had the opportunity to serve under her leadership, during this phase within my career she was able to help lead and direct to my strengths. The one the I appreciate the most is her ability to be transparent and honest. She offers effective solutions within feedback and she gives clear directives. Shaundra's training style help me be able to see how I can be innovative to perfect new processes and gave me confidence to be a great performer. In addition, she encourages those who work with her to see their potential within life, outside the role or seat of a position one may be currently in. I highly recommend Shaundra for any training, leading, and coaching opportunities. I look forward to gaining an opportunity to work with her again.
