As Sales Support Representative, my responsibilities include assisting businesses secure financing for their heavy equipment purchases. I work as an intermediary between the buyers of equipment, sellers of equipment, and our lending partners to ensure a win-win scenerio for all those involved. As a Sales Support Representative, it is vital to adapt to changing circumstances and always remain solution-oriented. My daily activities include providing financing proposals to vendors and customers. I am responsible for pulling company and individual credit reports and translating this information into credit profiles to be submitted to our credit team. I follow up with customers to ensure we have everything necessary to expedite the approval processes and ensure their needs are being met. I also work directly with our customer’s insurance agents, book keepers, accountants and assistants, providing them with all necessary information in order to make each step of the process more simple.Relationship management is vital in this role as I make it a priority to always ensure a customer is updated with the status of their lease, regardless of whether they are in the approval stage or if their lease is coming to an end shortly.
