Shauna is the type of partner you dream of working with, as she perfectly combines her product expertise and leadership skills. She has the amazing ability to roll up her sleeves and get into the details, yet pull back to see the big picture. When things get tough, Shauna is the first to step up and lead us through the obstacles, while bringing the team along with her. As our company underwent changes, I knew I could count on Shauna to be the voice of reason while keeping our product and objectives top of mind.

I have had the pleasure to work with Shauna over the past 8+ years at Ticketmaster as a colleague, as her direct manager and on many joint projects. Over that time we have been faced with challenges and "impossible" tasks that Shauna has always maintained a positive attitude and the highest level of professionalism when approaching any opportunity. Shauna is always one of the most honest individuals I have worked with and always will use this to analyze and organize all work. During her current role it was inspirational to see how Shauna utilized her past experience as QA Lead to the Product role and prioritize and navigate Product requirements and demonstrations to the Development and Client teams. Shauna is also an excellent communicator publicly or within the remote work culture. Her drive to keep the teams motivated and on task is a testament to her personal work ethic. I highly recommend Shauna for any role as feel there is no challenge she will not face head on and make it her own to be successful.
