If there is one word I can use to describe Shauna, it would be IMPRESSIVE! She is one of my favorite colleagues to have worked with in my career so far. As someone who was hired on as a junior executive on our social team, she was able to manage multiple social media accounts across different verticals (celebrity, small business, agriculture, education, and technology) with excellent organization, attention to detail, efficiency, efficacy, and competency. I worked closely with Shauna on developing a social strategy for one of our high-profile celebrity clients. She leveraged her research skills and background in entertainment and film to create and execute a targeted, robust, and streamlined strategy to meet our client's needs. As we worked on this project, I let Shauna take the lead because of her competency level. Shauna understands strategy and has excellent copywriting skills, and she frequently taps into her film background to write witty and catchy copy relatable to various audiences. For any employer considering Shauna, I'd recommend her for a mid-level role and nothing less! She understands how to deliver content, copy, and strategy (informed with data and analytics) for multiple types of audiences while managing various projects at a time at different phases of the project pipeline. Her entertainment, TV, and writing background are also HUGE assets when brainstorming content strategy, regardless of industry. Additionally, Shauna demonstrated strong leadership skills in her junior role through her ability to provide status updates to vital C-suite leaders, take ownership of projects and accounts when other teammates left for new opportunities, and frequently correspond directly with our clients during team meetings (i.e. brainstorming content ideas, troubleshooting client issues, and progress reports). Shauna is a powerhouse, and I recommend you snatch her up quickly before another company does! Did I also mention that she is a video and photo editing wiz on Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator?
