Position held: Structural Designer and Draughtsman (Revit) Activities performed: Designing, draughting and detailing Eastern Cape Infrastructure Transnet National Ports Authority Administration Building. Financed by TRANSNET. Year: 2014-Present Location: Port Elizabeth Client: Transnet Main project features: Professional services for the design and contract administration of the Eastern Cape Infrastructure Transnet Administration Building Position held: Structural Designer and Draughtsman (Revit) Activities performed: Designing, draughting and detailing CDC Dairy Factory. The project is financed by the Coega Development Zone. The building works excluding plant had a value of approximately R25 000 000. Year: 2011 Location: Port Elizabeth Client: Coega Main project features: New 2300m² milk processing factory with structural steel roof, concrete foundations, precast mezzanine slabs, 300m² similar type plant room buildings, 300m² steel canopy structures and associated pipe bridges. Position held: Designer and Draughtsman (AutoCAD) Activities performed: Design, draughting and detailing Project Success: This fast track design/build project was completed on time as a joint venture with NMC construction.
