  I am a Project Specific Project Accountant at Pankow Builders. Project cost accounting, Forecasting, Billing, AP/AR Management, Preparing Financial Documents are just a few of my roles. I work closely with the project teams including Project Managers, Project Executives, Senior Superintendents, and Regional Vice President to be a productive member of forecasting and billing . Along with working beside fellow Pankow team members i also work closely with owners and owner representatives and subcontractors/vendors. Working with many accounting departments inside Pankow I interact with AP, Payroll, and Senior Supervision to provide my project team all of the answers to any and all project related questions. I also prepare cash flow reports and forecast presented directly to Senior Accounting and Operations teams. Integral team member in quarterly and yearly GM forecasting reporting then directly presenting to the entire accounting team. I also have experience in financial analysis, bank reconciliations, lien waivers, and countless other facets of the financial aspects of construction. My role allows me to expand on my problem solving and interpersonal skills. I greatly enjoy being a productive member of Pankow, helping the company, the clients, and myself grow.
