I have known Shaun since 1995 when she was the Director of Client Services with Police Victim Services. I can quite honestly say that Shaun has been one of the best trainers I have ever known, as well as being a fantastic mentor. I have learned so much from her and she is very generous in giving of her time. Shaun has an unwavering interest in people and is a great communicator, making it her business to understand information as well as encouraging and helping people reach their goals; on more than one occasion, Shaun knew I was capable of something when I didn’t, helping me see it and get there. Shaun has a sixth sense in really getting to know how people tick and, therefore, how to help people maximize and build on their skills and interests. Shaun’s leadership skills are outstanding; she has the skill of seeing beyond, and thinking outside of, the box. She is an ideas person, with the ability of getting the whole team seeing a vision and heading down the same road together. And she has quite a unique and cheerful style, all the while upholding the highest of standards in quality of service.
