  As I am currently working in this role, I am still learning and adapting to daily challenges. My growth in the retail industry has exceeded my expectations, this is because the team I have around me are very supportive of each employee's opinion. They have internal value to me because help is always given, whether it's from me to a new employee or from senior staff and managers. The workflow is demanding sometimes but it keeps me attentive. The experience working in the FoH & BoH allowed me to adapt to a new POS and inventory control system, which has benefited in worst case scenarios. With the new systems I learnt how to satisfy customer needs, whether it be shipping items to home or from store to store. Show less
