Flight Attendant/ Service Director with AC rouge

Shastina encountered a 3 month intensive Flight Attendant training though Air Canada and spent 1 week in Disneyland to finish the training in customer service. Shastina managed and led a group of 4-7 flight attendants over the year of working at Air Canada rouge. She attained the safety and comfort for all her passengers on the plane and made sure that all safety checks have been conducted before and after each flight. Shastina had received lots of recognition with her customer service and smile. She has also learned to resolve conflicts and negative passenger experience.
