  Cleaning of documents: Learned cleaning and fumigating process for a Historical document through a unique method according to its properties. Practiced a careful approach towards handling the documents due to their fragile nature and importance to history.Repair of documents:Evaluated precautions needed to handle manuscripts and special documents subjected to repairs. Learned the reasons for the degradation of a document.Scanning of documents and manuscripts: Initiated “Digitization of manuscript, documents,” making it digitally preserved to contribute to future uses. This process helped in the replication of deteriorating documents and provide mass accessibility of knowledge to the public.·Preservation of documents: Through the preservation of documents and manuscripts, I learned several ways and techniques of preserving a document, such as keeping it in termite-free boxes, out of direct sunlight, heat, humidity, temperature, and uses of certain chemicals.Cataloging and upkeep of the scanned manuscript: Through this, I learned to keep the documents arranged in proper order and place for the purpose of ease of accessibility.
