I have worked with Shashi in the same Team where he performed as an instrumental Scum Master and he was also a passionate advocate for Agile. As the PO on the team, I was indebted to him for his support of the Agile ceremonies and his proactive approach to retrospectives. Shashi has the ability to hit the ground running and his resourcefulness allowed our team to maintain delivery momentum. Shashi’s relationship management skills are second to none and it’s because of this that he has an excellent relationship with the team and others around him.
