  Projects Worked: · ASTRA (Acquiring Sales Transformation Through Revenue Acquisition) The project was to manage the Sales process of IGATE and CRM terminologies of the organization such as Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts etc with Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. It involved the customization of the App according to organization requirements, development of utilities according to service requests of the Users, managing the workflows, processes, mail triggers, fields customizations along with Entities and data management. I was also awarded IEvolve Kaizen certificate which was awarded in IGATE for carrying out innovation and reducing the time and effort of the team for some process or activity of the project. I got it for generating excel macro with VBA code for Automation of OE Report Generation.
