Roles & Responsibilities- • Working as Assistant Manager Operations for 300MW*4 Pulverized fuel power plant. • Devising operation stratergy to increase efficiency by preparing 'Process Deviation reports' which includes critical parameter deviation for all units and driving plans to eliminate them. • Accountable for SAP Power user of the Department and look through the transaction used for PM & PP Module of both SAP ECC & SAP S4 HANA. • Expertise in field operation and performing various electrical and mechanical isolation along with proper implementation of LOTO-TO system to ensure 100% safety. • Ability to foresee changes in the business variables affecting maintenance practices, create strategies, equipment task-lists and maintenance plan with an aim to increase PM effectiveness. • Experience in Boiler Lit up in Hot, warm and Cold condition and Turbine rolling. • Module owner of process deviation mechanism- Process Optimization module (AO). •Contributor in Planning & Implementing the Predictive/Preventive maintenance, CBM schedules in SAP (both ECC & HANA) by creating Equipment/General task lists, Maintenance plan & different maintenance strategies for improving the overall reliability, safety of plant and machinery • Active member of CI module (Asset Optimization) and Fire safety module (VSAP) • Responsible for implementation of Digital Logbook project under Digitalization. • Execution of emergency action plant during tripping or total power failure according to SOP and driving various activities to restore normalcy. • Worked and contributed in overhauling activities such as Lube oil flushing, H2 displacement, Hydro test of boiler, Hydro test of stator water system and various coolers in turbine area.
