  1. Design and develop new products from lab scale to mass production.2. Work closely with Production to provide product expertise and render technical support.3. Conduct R&D study for regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and cost reduction of existing products.4. To research and patent new product development under Top Glove Inc.Main projects:1. Improvisation of inhouse polymer coating on NBR gloves.2. Improvement of FAB in Europe glove products.3. Cleaning efficiency on ceramic formers.4. Usage and evaluation of different special latexes in current formulation in NBR gloves.5. Hydrogel coating implementation in surgical gloves.6. Mechanical and latex stability improvement of latex by using tensile testing, Coefficient of friction (COF), surface tension and foam height analysis, particle size measurement, zetaziser testing, heat and chemical stability testing.7. Defect analysis and characterization of products by using SEM, EDX and FTIR.8. Formulating and compounding latex and polymer.
