  My role here is a operations executive. We handle live vessels from the time of delivery of the vessel to the re delivery. We handle all the operations in a proper sequential process.Few operations here are:1. Giving Instructions to the Master2. Issuing Bills of Lading3. Laytime calculations4. Issuing LOI5. Calculating the bunker requirement.6. Appointing Agents 7. Negotiate the PDAs.8. Optimize Bunker plan and Maximize voyage economy. 9. Appointment of bunker port agents.10. Appointment of the weather routing agencies.11. Making hire Payments.12. Preparing Freight invoices.13. Daily monitoring loading/discharging operations.14. Preparing Charter parties and commenting on the necessary clauses.15. Conducting On / off hire bunker survey.16. IMOS17. Closely monitoring the vessel operations for the smooth performance of the voyage.18. Prepare PFHS for the voyageWe as an operators of the vessel try to minimize the costs and maximize our revenues which the chartering team has already been estimated. We maintain a close contact with the chartering team and discuss the outcomes. We also maintain a good relationship with our agents in order for the future prevailing business and to increase the goodwill of the company.
