I recently began a new role with increased responsibility, and I was nervous. Then I met Sharrón; she began coaching me, and after only our first meeting, my new role didn't seem so hard. Sharrón helped me find confidence, tap into my strengths, and expose my saboteurs. Working with her at such a pivotal point in my life was one of the best things I could have done for my career and overall well-being. Sharrón emphasized "cultivating my new tools," "giving myself grace," and "quieting the negative." She was the best thing that I never knew I needed.
