Responsible for internal training and recruitment for new staff.As the Training manager I am responsible for our Training Academy which is the home to all of our new recruits. I provide full training to all new starters joining the business. I work with them during their first few months at First Recruitment to provide them will all of the tools, knowledge and support to graduate the Academy. They will then move on to one of our successful business groups as a Recruitment Consultant.
