Care, compassion and the ability to remain level headed are a few words that come to mind when I think about Sharon. I have had the honor of serving alongside of Sharon for over 9 years while she has been our Associate Pastor at Light of Christ. Her passion for serving and caring for God’s people in all walks of their lives has always moved me and pushed me to be a better person. There have been a few occasions over the years that my family has been blessed to have been on the receiving end of Sharon’s care and compassion. She brings a sense of peace and calmness into times of health or personal crisis. Along with this sense of peace and calmness, Sharon has the ability to remain level headed in stressful situations as she opens the door to hear God and the options in times of pain and confusion. Sharon also has the ability to bring in a sense of humor when appropriate to lighten the situation and put those involved at ease. She is an asset to any community she is involved with and I would strongly recommend her for any area where God’s love and light need to be shined.

Sharon was an excellent mentor and supervisor while I worked at Light of Christ. She has great attention to details and understands how to see a goal through from conception to organization to implementation, and finally to evaluation. Sharon has a heart to serve God and others. She is very good at creating meaningful encounters with God. She was a strong advocate for my ministry and helped me personally understand better how to manage multiple priorities. I would highly recommend Sharon!
