I developed the FSAI’s blended learning strategy and secured approval for resources from FSAI senior management and the FSAI Board. I tendered, recruited and managed the contract for the implementation of a learning management system and digital learning services. I worked with FSAI subject matter experts (SMEs) and enforcement agency representatives to develop national training plans for staff in enforcement agencies. I worked with SMEs to design and deliver training workshops on a single and cross agency basis. I project managed a number of initiatives to support Irish food businesses to meet their food safety legal requirements. I secured approval from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) for the FSAI to become an approved provider and I was the main point of contact for all QQI related matters. Show less
