  My role within Ramfoam Care+ was to lead and take ownership of all Health and Safety requirements. This involved writing Policies/ Procedures and Risk Assessments for Fire, Emergency evacuation, First Aid, LOLA, PPE, COSHH, Manual Handling, PUWER. Accident Investigations.
