  Work closely with Business Partners of multiple business lines to continuously refine and enhance the effectiveness of the training . Work with Manager and training team to ensure graduating learners are effectively performing job requirements: Provide a highly effective learning environment for new hire employees in Operations, as well as existing employees who are learning new or enhanced skills. Deliver course curriculum in a manner that will accomplish all learning objectives defined for the course. Insure learners are coached and held accountable to standards of performance which lead to successful performance on-the-job. Manage learner’s adherence to company employment policies. Work closely with Instructional Design to continuously refine and enhance the content of all training courses.Develop strategies to increase retention in New Hire including coaching, mentoring, tools and processes needed to analyze root causes and coordinate efforts with other departments inside and outside the center.
