Providing and connecting expecting mothers with services and resources within the hospital network and within the patient's community. This partnership between Alivio Medical Center and Stroger Hospital was created in an effort to improve the wellbeing and patient experience of expecting mothers, especially those that are part of high risk and/or vulnerable populations. Edited grants, and took part of researching stage of grant development.
